A serious vehicular accident which occurred on the corner of Kingston Avenue and Eastern Parkway left a number of people injured on Rosh Hashanah 5774.
One vehicle jumped a curb in the two-car collision, which occurred on the 1st day Rosh Hashanah, Thursday, at about 7:00PM. Of the total of seven people injured, three of them, the pedestrians, were Lubavitchers.
According to Chabad Online, a 20 year old woman was injured critically with internal injuries, another woman, around 40 years old, had her leg severed. They are both visitors from Israel. A young man suffered head trauma as well, from a falling street lamp.
The four other injured people were all inside of the vehicles. Two people suffered minor injuries and went to the hospital.
Two other people refused medical attention.
