The maggid HaGaon HaRav Yaakov Galinsky was transported to Mayanei HaYeshua Hospital in Bnei Brak during the afternoon hours of the second day of Rosh Hashanah. First responders on the scene feared the rav may be having a stroke. Tehillim were recited in the Lederman Shul.
Today, Sunday, 4 Tishrei 5774, doctors continue diagnostic testing on the rav. He remains hospitalized but it is being reported that he can ambulate and is speaking Baruch Hashem.
