A young Israeli man is reported in good condition after suffering a drowning incident in the lake near the tziyun of Rav Nachman in Uman. According to a Ichud Hatzalah report, personnel assigned to cover the Uman Rosh Hashanah event got him out of the water and treated him on the scene, then transporting him to the Uman infirmary in the Klauz complex for follow-up care. He never lost consciousness B”H.
