I’d say Frielach translates to happy, and Tamid means always.
So, it could be, maybe, possibly, that instead of vinching (it’s a special kind of tool) you a happy Purim, he’s wishing you a happy forever. (most people are happy on Purim, why’d you need a Bracha for that?)
