Lapid Targets Chareidi Chessed Organizations

lapAccording to information gathered by MK Rav Moshe Gafne, the Finance Minister has not listed chareidi chessed organizations on the list of non profits approved for tax deductible status. It is well known that chessed organization unable to offer donors a tax deductible receipt will lose a significant portion of its income.

Gafne reports that of the four lists presented to the minister for final approval not a single chareidi-affiliated organization is listed. He explains that when he was in charge of the Knesset Finance Committee there were many chareidi organizations on these lists for they receive less state funding and are therefore more in need of private donations. He points out that Lapid’s hate for the chareidim is such that on the one hand he cuts state funding and on the other hand he takes action that will harm fundraising abilities.

  1. If accurate, that would be disgusting and harmful to the entire Country. Many Chareidi Chesed organizations help everyone and do lots of good.

If the Chareidi political parties would only act like Mentchen and with Lapid dropping in the polls, things could change rapidly.

  2. No doubt that Lapid is a goy. His paternal grandfather was Jewish and a big tzaddik, but Lapid’s mother might very well be a non-Jew like his father.

Yochanan Plessner, the goy, the initiator of the “share the burden” idea has no understanding nor feeling for Torah and mitzvot, after all he’s a goy what can you expect?
Being that Lapid also has no understanding nor feeling for Torah and mitzvot, he surely is a goy. Such a rasha cannot be a Jew. Impossible!

  3. Maybe it is time for world Jewry to fight back against Lapid with our own PR campaign against him and all who publicly support him. Boycott their businesses and portray him as an evil person in the world press. Isolate him because of his open hate and religious discrimination.

  4. Rather than show us his picture upside down, spare us from seeing his face at all! If you really have to show something, black out his face!

  5. Come on, everybody knows that Chareidi Chesed will only give money to Chareidim. How could a Secular person respect a Chesed that will exclude his own children because they’re secular.

  6. Michutz teshakel cherev umichadarim eima…
Not enough that our outside enemies are threatening us with annihilation, but our own leaders are plotting our downfall!

  7. So all you Gedolim Hackers, who were talking against the gedolim (AKA Apikorsis)

It’s all coming out now, who this man is and what he really stands for!!!!

  8. unfortunately here in Eretz Yisroel there are many strong and powerful chessed organizations who do many illegal things. Some of them even have store fronts and are not so forthcoming in declaring the monies that they take in.

The put their pushkas in all public places, some chained with thick chains to light posts etc and weld other puskas onto private walls. they are so powerful that the tzibur is afraid to speak about them.

Much money is taken by the upper elements for themselves and other monies are given as ‘charity’ to their families.

If some one can do an investigation on them, it would be a public service.

  9. talmud student,

right on! this talk only comes about from someone that acts like a chasidah (a treif bird) that only does chessed to its kind. To illustrate i once went collecting for chinuch atzmai and was told by someone “i only donate to zionistic causes if your yeshiva doesnt say tfillah for the idf i wont give you a penny, even though this was for education in EY, on the flipside i was in a hospital in EY and ladies came around giving sandwiches to the people waiting to be seen

  10. coffee addict… You’re a bit disengenuous. You give ONE example. How about in my shul where every day people from obviously very, very chareidi Yerushalayim come in 4 at a time asking for “hachnosas kallah” money, and everybody gives them something, including tiny kipa srugot people. No questions asked.
SECOND…. Why wait until you’re sick?
Do they , the ultra chareidi, share their resources with Jews who don’t look like them when they’re HEALTHY?

Third… Speaking of birds… The Raaya, is a bird who isn’t kosher … He sees miles into EY and sees only nevala.. That’s why he’s treif.. ( see Rabbeinu Bacahaya for this wonderful pshat).
