16:44 IL: Air raid sirens sounded moments ago all over northern Israel, including Rosh HaNikra, Nahariya, Western Galil, Akko and more. Residents reporting explosions. More to follow.
16:54: Lebanese media is reporting that two rockets were fired into Israel from a location east of Tyre. This is not yet confirmed by any official Israeli sources.
16:57: Zaka reports one rocket impact site was located, near Nahariya. B’chasdei Hashem there are no reports of fatalities or injuries at this time. A second siren was heard in Nahariya about 4 minutes ago.
Understandably, there is much confusion and panic among many northern area residents.
17:01: The IDF continues to investigate the reports of explosions in the W. Galil area.
Magen David Adom announces it has moved its personnel in that district to the highest operational status as area residents have been ordered into safe rooms. B’chasdei Hashem there are no reports of fatalities or injuries in what appears to have been a cross-border rocket attack.
17:07: One of the incoming rockets fired from southern Lebanon was intercepted by the Iron Dome.
17:09: Israel Radio reports three katyusha rockets were fired into Israel.
17:11: Hezbollah-affiliated al-Manar media reporting that a total of four katyusha rockets were fired from the Tyre region into northern Israel.
In Akko public bomb shelters have been opened. The order has been given to open public shelters in W. Galil communities as well.
17:23: The IDF spokesman reports that the Homefront Command is not changing the status of any area at this time. What has changed is the air space over Haifa is closed to civilian aircraft until further notice.
17:30: The IDF Spokesman confirms the Iron Dome intercepted at least one incoming katyusha rocket. There are conflicting reports as to the impact locations of the others rockets. Baruch Hashem, as reported earlier, there were no fatalities or injuries. It is now being reported there was no property damage either.

btw when something develops bring to bear heavy coverage and then when people are more aware of the situation u can taper down slightly
