Other religions believe in multiple deities. We believe in one G-d Almighty who needs no help from anyone else.
We believe in everything in the Torah even though it is unclear to us, because the lack of understanding is a deficiency in us. Kosher is healthier than non-kosher. Something we do without understanding is not wearing shatnez.
