and tangentially the atmosphere of violence belongs to the democrats. Think of all the violence of the anti trumpers that first year. And ask anyone (myself included) if they feel threatened (physically or otherwise) to support trump in a workplace that is strongly liberal. It’s a real problem, hating people and threatening them and berating them for supporting trump is something I dealt with for a year and my brother lives with and friends have complained about. I have NEVER heard of such a thing in the reverse or in a different time. Dont’ pretend acting out aggressively toward people you hate is something trump brought to the arena.
