Anthony Weiner is on the air with his first TV commercial of the New York City mayoral campaign.
Weiner makes no mention of the scandal that has dogged his campaign. Instead, he says “powerful voices” in the city don’t want him to win.
The Democratic candidate speaks directly to the camera in the ad. He says his campaign is “focused like a laser beam” on the issues concerning the middle class.
His campaign did not immediately say how much the ad cost. It debuted Monday.
Weiner was one of the race’s front-runners until last month.
He fell to fourth place in most polls after revealing that he continued trading sexually explicit messages with women after resigning from Congress for similar behavior in 2011.

Too bad that he is such a colossal idiot. He had a brilliant future. He would’ve been great for his constituents instead he became an embarrassment. What a shame.
It must have been an easy shoot we know he is comfortable in front of a camera.
It’s not “powerfull voices” that don’t want him to win, it’s the voters who are disgusted by his irrational texting of lewd photos, that don’t want him, to win. Maybe he hears voices?
At least he’s not as bad as Quinn. She does issurim every day. If you vote for her, your saying what she does is okay. Wiener is wrong too.. Just Quinn is disgusting and filth .
There’s nothing for him to do now his political career is over. It would better use of energy on his part to start looking at the want ads in the papers and find himself a regular job.
Why does a religious web site devote any attention to this person. would we invite him to our schools? To our Homes? To meet our daughters or text with them? Would we hold him up as a role model? The fact is that he was aterrible congressman not representing the views of his constituents. There never was a tax increase that he did not vote for( so much for representing the middle class). He wanted to accord tyerrorists constitutional rights and have then tried in civilian courts. And when confronted with his perversion his initial response was to lie. It is a shame and the shame would be on us and is on anyone who even gives him a platform.He was the posterboy for Obama care( he even said he coined the phrase).
