One of Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn’s largest supporters is none other than terror organization Hamas, the Israel-based Tazpit Press Service (TPS) reported on Monday.

The “We support Jeremy Corbyn” Facebook page, one of Corbyn’s largest support sites with about 72,000 followers is administered by Hamas operatives in Gaza and London, according to TPS.

The Facebook page was managed by Walid Abu Rouk, a resident of Khan Yunis in the Gaza Strip, for over two years. He was added as a manager of the page by Labour activists in June 2017.

The relationship between Rouk and Labour activists is a mutual one, and Labour activists have carried out several fundraising campaigns for Rouk’s projects in Gaza. Labour members call Rouk “our man in Gaza.”

Abu Rouk confirmed to TPS that he managed the Facebook page until recently and said that he still has a relationship with Labour activists.

A source in the Gaza Strip told TPS that “Abu Rouk serves Hamas’ information campaign and is guided by it.” Another source in the Gaza Strip told TPS that Rouk acts according to Hamas’ guidance and is an integral part of Hamas’ English-language propaganda efforts due to his knowledge of the English language.

Abu Rouk also told TPS that he writes for Al Jazeera, the Qatari news network affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood, for the Palestine 24 website and for the Middle East Eye website – all affiliated with Hamas.

Abu Rouk is also a BDS activist and is heavily involved in several BDS organizations as well as a supporter of the “Freedom Flotillas” to the Gaza Strip for the British organization “Viva Palestina.” Viva Palestina was founded by British Labour MP George Galloway, who was expelled from the party due to his blatant anti-Semitism.

Another Corbyn supporter and Labour activist, Khadijah Hassan, also is active in Viva Palestina, which is under the command of senior Hamas official Zaher Birawi, one of the top Hamas representatives in the UK. A source in the Gaza Strip told TPS that Birawi is responsible for all Hamas-UK relations and they call him the holder of the “Corbyn-Hamas file.”
