I think that if a woman is carrying around money or a credit card, that she has permission to use it. If she didn’t have permission then it means she stole it. Since we’re not supposed to needlessly be choshed a fellow yid, it’s safe to assume that she did not steal the money. If the husband tries to claim that his wife stole the money from him, I doubt they will be married much longer.
