11:00AM EST: Lakewood, NJ: As the National Weather Service had predicted, wind gusts in excess of 45 mph have already ripped through Lakewood. Numerous trees have been torn down, and there are power lines reported down in various locations. There are some roads closed as crews repair the power lines, and trees are removed. Additionally, YWN has learned that the SCHI School (School for Children with Hidden Intelligence) is currently without power. Generators are being brought to the school – located at 345 Oak Street, and crews are being dispatched to have electricity restored.

*Tree on house at 12th Street near Madison Avenue.
*Trees down on 14th Street near Roselle.
*Route 88 near Ocean County Park.
*Wires down on Vine Street.
*Route 9 near James, wires down – Lakewood PD had the road closed, but has since reopened.
*Brook Road has trees down.
*14th Street near Cederview, a tree has fallen on a vehicle.
*Ridge Avenue near Red Oak Development – trees reported down.
