A one-year-old infant lost consciousness on Tuesday evening at his family’s home in Ramat Gan. United Hatzalah volunteers and Magen David Adom ambulance teams rushed to the aid of the child and, upon arrival, immediately initiated CPR in an attempt to resuscitate the infant. During the CPR process, the EMS teams evacuated the child to the hospital where efforts to save the child’s life continued.
United Hatzalah volunteer EMT Shloimi Feder relayed from the scene: “We performed CPR on the infant who had lost consciousness at home. After a lengthy CPR process, the child was evacuated to the hospital in a mobile intensive care ambulance.”
