Emergency personnel were on the scene of a serious collision in the Midwood area of Brooklyn, Friday afternoon. The head-on-collision was at the intersection of Avenue M and Ocean Avenue, and involved a yellow cab.

The FDNY was needed to extricate one person using the HURST Tool, and Flatbush Hatzolah was on scene transporting the victims along with EMS.
