Is Blue and White trying to breaking up the right-wing bloc through backhanded methods?
A Channel 12 News report on Monday said that Blue and White officials spoke with the leaders of the right-wing bloc and told them that contrary to what Netanyahu told them after the joint Netanyahu/Gantz meeting at the President’s Residence, he didn’t vouch for them at the meeting.
“Netanyahu didn’t mention you at the meeting. He’s ready to betray you,” Blue and White officials told the right-wing leaders.
Netanyahu has promised his partners, including Yahadus HaTorah, Shas and Yamina, that he’ll remain committed to them and will carry out coalition negotiations on their behalf as one right-wing bloc.

Of course, Netanyahu;’s words and commitments to UT/Shas are to be taken as ironclad. Who could imagine Bibi throwing his “partners” under the bus, if that would allow him to escape prosecution and cling to power in a new coalition with Ganz? Perhaps he could be granted political asylum in the United States or Ukraine or Brazil where EY has limited extradition rights and the new right wing leadership would provide him with a warm reception, ready access to his bank accounts, and all the cigars and cognac he needs for life.
