In the following difficult-to-believe video, one sees children lying on mattresses loaded on the roof of a vehicle, tied down, as the children hold on and the vehicle is traveling. The video was taken by a Beit Shemesh resident.
According to the Ohr Yarok organization, 231 people were killed on Israel’s roads so far this year, representing an increase of 13% as compared to the previous year.

In Beit Shemesh? I’m not at all surprised. The level of parental stupidity (which equals neglect & abuse) is at record-level here. It is only chasdei Hashem that we don’t see a daily tragedy in this city.
