A police unit stopped a chareidi driver in the Shmuel HaNavi neighborhood of the capital on Wednesday night, the eve of 11 Menachem Av 5773 to issue a traffic summons.
An argument resulted as the driver insisted he did not deserve a ticket. The driver then collapsed, requiring police to phone for EMS.

Why all the riot gear for a man collapsing??
On second thought, I guess these days Police and definitely EMS workers need special protection in Chareidi neighborhoods even when responding to emergencies.
He probably fainted when the police actually issued a TRAFFIC ticket. This was probably the second or third one issued in the country this year.
Nonsense #3 I knew of more than three people who got tickets in just Jerusalem since Pesach..
