Policeman Wounded In Old City Stabbing Attack Released From Shaare Zedek Hospital


The policeman who was stabbed in a Palestinian terror attack last week in Jerusalem’s Old City was Baruch Hashem released from Shaare Zedek Hospital on Sunday. The attack occurred on Thursday, August 15, 2019 at the Old City, as reported by YWN-Israel.

Shaare Zedek Director Prof. Ofer Marin stated, “The policeman arrived in moderate condition with a number of wounds to his upper torso. After expeditious care in the trauma unit and additional checks to rule out additional serious wounds, he was moved to the surgical unit for additional care. We are very happy that he is recuperating quickly and wish him a total and speedy recovery and continued good health”.
