  1. I have been in Israel on Memorial Day and found it very disturbing to see that Chareidim basically ignored the sirens and just went about their business. Is it so difficult to give one minute of your time to pay respect to those that have died for you? Howw about Hakoras Hatov?

  2. according to the previous article (letter / mailbag / siren) we should NOT observe yom hazikaron. instead we should observe it on tisha b’av.

of course, #1 sane is 100% correct.

  3. problems is that in israel there are some haderim especially in mea shearim and beit shemesh, who just dress like haredim, b/c that is all they know so they give a bad name to the rest of the haredi and jewish population with their actions by showing no respect and hakrat hatov to MEDINAT YISRAEL, the state that HASHEM created through the amazing miracles that still stretch to today
    HAG SAMEACH 🙂
