There was a fire in a camper-trailer on Route 17, Thursday afternoon. The incident happened in the Westbound lanes near Exit 99. There were no injuries reported, and the Fire Department and NY State Police were on the scene trying to clear the roadway as quickly as possible to avoid any significant traffic backups.
