The ‘Shabus’ organization is finalizing details of its planned bus service from Yerushalayim to the beach on Shabbos R”L, announcing two new lines; one from Gilo and the second from Pisgat Ze’ev, with both arriving at a Tel Aviv beach. The exact date on which the service will begin is not yet being announced.
According to a MyNet News report, the preparations for the new Shabbos bus shuttles to the beach are being finalized in the coming days, with organizers quoted saying it is entirely possible the new lines will begin next Shabbos or the following one.
The buses will leave from set stops in the communities mentioned and return the passengers after six hours. Exact details will be released in the coming days, the report adds.

A gross violation of exiting Techum Shabbos, in addition to violation of Melocho.
So much for status quo agreements
Perhaps this will mean fewer people will be doing melacha than before. Instead of 50 people being over issurim involved in driving, only one will be, and the rest will be playing with their phones during the ride.
This may actually be a good thing. If the drivers are not Jewish, every Jew who takes the bus is one who would probably otherwise have driven, or been driven by a Jew.
Boruch dayan ha’emes.
