A week has not passed since the destruction of the Heichal Baal Shemtov in Ramat Beit Shemesh Gimmel by Beit Shemesh City Hall and a budget has been allocated for a permanent building to replace the shul that was operating in a temporary structure, illegally. The budgetary allocation was approved by Beit Shemesh City Hall on Tuesday.
Councilman Rav Avraham Nachman Frankel was instrumental in working with the mayor’s staff, succeeding in having the allocation placed on the priority list for approval.
Frankel, who has been working with the community, also assisted in finding a temporary solution until the new building is a reality.

They could have just gotten the permits in the first place and saved all the trouble. Dodging the government has become a mitzvah for some people, and it just leads to complications and chillul HaShem.
