John Catsimatidis loves Israel, was his slogan at the celebrate Israel parade last month. Now it seems Republican mayoral hopeful John Catsimatidis also loves the crazy side of Israel. In a video just released by the Catsimatidis campaign for mayor, Na Nachs – The nickname for the Breslover Hasidim visible in the streets of Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Tzfat and other Israeli cities as they dance atop and around moving vans to techno-Hasidic musical compositions – are seen dancing around the $50,000 float, Mr. Catsimatidis rode on during the parade in salute of Israel.
The video ends with Mr. Catsimatidis doing the Nixon sign.

I can’t speak for Breslov, as I do not belong to it, but I think that mainstream Breslov has nothing to do with these guys.
“greeks and Jews – 2000 year history” ….. Taka. Wasn’t always such a smooth history either… though I guess things are pretty good these days.
John Catsimatidis may not realize that our view of the ancient Greeks differs from his. Over 2000 years of history didn’t they try and Hellenize us and wasn’t the Jewish Community if Greece almost totally wiped out during the holocaust? A very poor choice of signage.
