Uncle Ben, make up your mind, once and for all. Are these people you’re talking about paid by the hour or are they paid a salary? If they are paid a salary then the hours are irrelevant. THERE IS NO MINIMUM HOURLY RATE for salaried employees. So long as they’re making the federal minimum of $23,660 a year (and I’m quite sure they are) they have to put in as many hours as the work takes. If that means they end up with not very much per hour, that’s their tough luck. If they don’t like it they’re free to quit.
