What time does traffic begin to thin out? I don’t mind leaving late but I hate to sit in traffic! (To all thread hijackers and trolls, I don’t care about your opinion whether there should be visiting day and if I should go visit. Thank you.)
It’s also July 4th holiday weekend traffic today.
Visiting Day already???? YWN just posted beautiful photo essays of the kids arriving at camp earlier this week….Are the parents that insecure they need to see their precious yinglach after one week??
Katan, do you understand English? The OP clearly stated that people should keep their opinions re visiting day to themselves
AJ: I think the OP was referring to the general level of “noise” the CR makes over visiting day. Not GH’s comment about visiting day after only 1 week. My son avoided the traffic by driving back yesterday morning.
Honestly funnybone, leave the country at midnight or later and you will have a traffic congestion-free ride home.
Read the related interview and story yesterday here on YWN by Rav Hoffman about the new Blade helicopter service…..the owner noted that he would consider shuttle flights from NYC to Monticello plus Rav Hoffman provided all the details regarding the proper brachas to make en route. No worry about traffic on the Thruway or Rt 17 althoiugh the RT fare may cost more than the summer camp for little Moishele.
