what I do for all sorts of things of this nature is make a cheshbon hanefesh chart. Make a table in Word with a column for every day of the week plus Total and a new row for every goal you keep track of. Set a goal: maybe you think you can go without it completely, maybe limit it to just 30 minutes or so. Check off if you met your goal the next day and also check off how many times you met your goal after every week, month ,etc
