Thousands of people on Wednesday night turned out in the Arab village of Kafr Charis near Ariel in Shomron to daven at the kever of Yehoshua ben Nun on his yahrzeit.

The event was sanctioned by the IDF, and bulletproof buses transported people back and forth.

Also buried in the village is Kalev ben Yefune.
