A gag order has been lifted on the arrest in May of five Arabs suspected of involvement in the April 24, 2011 fatal shooting attack at Kever Yosef. Murdered in the attack was Ben Yosef Livnat HY”D, in addition to a number of others being wounded.
According to the police statement, there are three suspects in custody, members of PA (Palestinian Authority) police units in their 20s. They were arrested by the ISA (Israel Security Agency – Shin Bet). During questioning, some of the suspects admitted to some of the charges against them.

The problem is that arrests don’t mean much to them they can only be put in jail not fried unfortunately. and the state of Israel has created a perception of a revolving door policy(by releasing so many terrorists from jail),which destroys deterrence
