Tel Aviv area residents were out in the streets again this motzei Shabbos, marching towards the home of Finance Minister (Yesh Atid) Yair Lapid.
The so-called social justice activists remain determined to express their outrage, some add a feeling of betrayal after voting for Lapid in light of the state budget which contains tax increases and price hikes in many food item.
Police worked to contain the protestors as they tried closing area roads. This was a far cry from the large motzei Shabbos protests seen in the past, but perhaps a periodic reminder to the finance minister that those who placed him in government may not rush to vote for him a second time around.
