The collapse of an outdoor elevator in a residential building in Bnei Brak injured HaGaon HaRav Yudel Boyar, one of the talmidim of the Chazon Ish ZT”L, and one of his sons.

The incident occurred on Tuesday afternoon, on Rav Ami Street in the city, and an ambulance was summoned.

Rav Boyar, 84, was moderately injured and his son, 50, was slightly injured.

Both sustained light injuries.
