Hundreds of Olim will gather in Jerusalem next Tuesday, May 21, 2019 for the second annual Nefesh B’Nefesh Communities Fair, an expo to learn about the most affordable and viable residential areas for newcomers to consider.

Representatives from over 45 communities from the north, south, center and within Jerusalem will be on hand to provide Olim first-hand knowledge about what makes their neighborhood special. At the event, Olim will also have the opportunity to hear from experts covering a wide range of topics concerning purchasing a home, understanding mortgages, and choosing the right community for each family’s particular needs.

Some of the communities represented at the Fair will include: Ashkelon, Be’er Sheva, Beit Shemesh, Karmei Gat, Caesarea, Efrat, Hadera, Haifa, Chispin, Jerusalem, Karmiel, Katzrin, Lod, Maalot, Migdal HaEmek, Modi’in, Nahariya, Negahot, Ra’anana, Rehovot, Shoham, Tzefas and Yokneam. Specific communities that have seen an uptick in interest from Olim recently are the likes of Rehovot, Pardes Hanna, and Harish, which is a brand-new, developing city in the north.
