The first sets of keys will be given to tenants in the very near future as engineers and other officials met last week in preparation for turning over the new neighborhood, Ramat Beit Shemesh Gimmel/1. If all goes according to plan, the tenants will be entering their new apartments in Elul.
At the meeting, it was decided that the tenants should be able to enter by Elul, by which time they expect the ‘toffes 4’ occupancy permit will have been issued. Officials representing the water company, Israel Electric Company, the Housing Ministry and other agencies were present at the meeting and apparently in agreement.
In the first stage of occupancy, 250 home owners will receive the occupancy permit, permitting them to enter in Elul. Additional permits will be issued quarterly toward in line with the completion of work in the new community. It is hoped that the new neighborhood of 2,500 units will be fully occupied within two years.

Great news! Ramat Beit Shemesh G-1 is the ONLY realistic option for us US buyers that want a high-standard American neighborhood that will be ready soon and is not some marketing ploy.
