Ubiquitin, then what should have a bearing on law? Whatever the spirit of the time says? As we are seeing, no society can be without an ethos. If it will not be the traditional religion of the nation it has to be some other religion or quasi-religion. Secular liberalism has become this quasi-religion complete with dogma, heretics and burnings at the (so far) virtual stake.
