7:00PM: A person has been shot on 38 Street and 12 Ave, YWN-NYC has learned. The NYPD is on the scene at 1237 38 Street, and requesting the NYPD Aviation Unit, as well as the ESU units. They are looking for 2 perps who may have fled onto the roof.
The victim is being transported by EMS to Lutheran Trauma Center in unknown condition.
