Reuters is demanding Israel conduct a swift and transparent investigation into the death of one of its cameramen, Fadel Shana. According to an autopsy report, he was killed by an Israeli tank shell.

Reuters Chief David Schlesinger is demanding a thorough investigation, citing the victim’s vehicle and outer vest clearly identified him as a member of the press.

Gaza medical officials report flechettes (small darts) were found in his body, adding that while they are legal, they are very controversial.
