PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen) announced on Thursday that there would be no agreement signed with Israel that does not include a prisoner release clause. The PA leader made his comment on the final day of his three-day visit to Russia.

Abu Mazen also stated that a conference would be taking place in Russia in June to address issues pertaining to the future of the region.

Talks between Abu Mazen and Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni continue, with statements released by the PA leader signaling Israel is willing to make significant unilateral territorial concessions.
