Cattle farmers in Israel state illegal PA residents in Israel are increasing their efforts to steal head of cattle towards establishing a dairy farm in PA autonomous areas. 1,200 head of cattle were stolen last year.

Chaim Dayan, who represents the cattle farmers, explains that calves, the next generation dairy cows are being stolen, and farms are being established in the PA areas in the Chevron Hills.

The farmers are now establishing a DNA bank for the cows in the hope of being able to identify their herd if recovered by authorities.
