The government employee strike is ongoing, now impacting a growing number of services.

The sanctions include Health Ministry offices, which as a result will not grant approval to new procedures and drugs; employment services responsible for unemployment insurance and other assistance; comptroller’s staff responsible for making payment on behalf of the national government; Interior Ministry passport and teudat zehut identity card services and social workers.
