  1. I wonder why they don’t pick up the remnents of chomets Shabos after 12:00 when people finish putting out the last remnants of the chomets plates. Why does it have to lay till Monday/Tuesday?

  2. #1 Tofasta Meruba Lo Tofasta. Would you like the sanitation workers to come into your dining room shabbos morning & take your chometz for you?

This service being provided by the city of NY at taxpayers expense illustrates the medina shel chesed that we live in so much so that we have the city services FD, PD, DOS etc at our beck & call.

Let’s show our appreciation and not take advantage by making dangerous bonfires on city streets & leaving burnt chometz all over the streets.
