The Port Authority says two planes clipped wings on the tarmac at Newark Liberty International Airport this evening.
The airplanes belonged to United Airlines and Scandinavian Airlines.
There were no injuries to anyone onboard the planes.
The planes went back to their respective gates.
Delays on departing flights had reached 45 minutes immediately after the incident, but those are dropping.
Outbound flights are delayed between 15 and 30 minutes right now.
