At a “Pidyon Peter Chamor” event earlier this week, the Mekubal HaRav Dov Kook from Teveriya was in attendance. Rav Kook recited Kaddish, and then the donkey did something that caused Rav Kook to laugh during Kaddish.

the donkey did nothing!! after standing still for who knows how long and trying to wiggle out it made a little noise. how can anybody read in to a bray of a donkey velo shel rav pinchas ben yair
Whats the big deal?? we have some guys in our shul who are always braying out “UUUUMeineeee” before the chazan has even finished the baracha…..

To add to meir G , It might have simply been reacting to the sudden ‘noise’ of the crowd.
BTW, a question: do all MEKUBALIM use Carlebach for Kaddish?
Love the tune for Kaddish. Ve’Euneinu from Reb Shloime. Some people know it as his Shalom Aleichem
No one was saying it was a Kabalistic thing and the donkey was saying Amen. It was just cute how it happened and that Rav Kook (who is the Gadol Hador) laughed. There is no need to for all comments from people who can’t smile and take things lightly
