A tragedy occurred in Modi’in Illit during the night, as avreich Rav Shaul Dov Margaliot z”l was niftar at the age of 45 after battling a difficult illness. The niftar was among the prominent Breslov chassidim in Brachfeld, suffering difficult yisurim during the past year.

Rav Margaliot is survived by his ten children, with only the eldest son being married. His wife is from the Heller family of Bnei Brak.

The levaya took place on Wednesday morning, January 9, 2019 in Modi’in Illit and the kvura was in Har Menuchos in Yerushalayim.
