Border police on Tuesday night apprehended a suspect, a resident of East Jerusalem, who tried passing a security inspection at the Shuafat Checkpoint in the Jerusalem border area while concealing a knife.

According to the report, the knife was hidden in his coat and he tried hiding it as he passed through the inspection station, albeit without success as he was taken into custody.
