Amid reports that Hizbullah has restored and exceeded its military abilities since the Second Lebanon War, French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner stated his country is concerned over this alarming reality.

Israeli officials have released statements of late concurring with the senior French official’s assessment, that Hizbullah is indeed capable of going to war again with Israel and possess rockets capable of striking anywhere in Israel.
