A child walked away unharmed after falling out of a moving vehicle in Beitar.
The attached video taken from nearby security cameras shows a vehicle going on a turn at a traffic circle, when suddenly, the back door opens and a young boy (approximately 5 years old) falls out.
Another vehicle traveling behind slammed on the brakes and got out to assist the child, who Bichasdei Hashem had already stood up and began running towards the vehicle he fell out of.
Always make sure to use seat belts and car seats for children needing them, and always have your doors locked while driving.

kinsler: We’re ALL destined for great things. We’ve just got to get up and DO IT!!!!
How about the parents being slapped with a massive fine & the driver losing his license? I don’t care if the kid unbuckled himself, the driver should be alert to what’s going on INSIDE the car as well as traffic outside.
Was he/she using a cell phone at the time? Common practice despite the hefty fines, because there are very few police to be seen in frum communities, so drivers rarely get caught. We need to have a greater police presence, not only to act as a deterrent but to help the community.
Wishful thinking.
