Israel Police apprehended a 46-year-old female driver who never had a driver’s license.
As police were involved in traffic enforcement on Highway 6 on Wednesday evening, they spotted a driver moving too slowly, creating a hazard on the highway. The vehicle was pulled over and police then learned the woman driving, a northern resident, did not and never had a license.
When asked why she was operating a vehicle without a license, she explained the vehicle belonged to her son and she was on her way to visiting her mom. She was given a summons and will have to appear before a court. The vehicle was impounded for thirty days and she had to find another way to go visit her mom.

How is this news? I’m sure it happens often in Israel and thousands of times a day in America.
OK, I’ll say it. Israeli WOMEN drivers are the worst. They need to drive in NY before they get behind the wheel, they drive like turtles, rarely signal, meander between lanes, hunched over the wheel (use a cushion so you petite ladies can actually see) & are totally oblivious to anything around them, including horns, flashing lights or pedestrians. And the rear view mirror is NOT for applying lipstick!
FTR I am an Israeli woman driver, no accidents BH but I drove in NY for 30 years so driving here is a breeze!
