This heist was caught on a store’s security camera, a store in Bnei Brak.
A customer entered the store and began to sift through the racks as if she was shopping for an item of clothing.
If one looks carefully, one can see she opts to check out the racks near a desk, where an employee left a handbag. When the opportunity presented itself, she calmly took a wallet out of the bag and then proceeded to head for the exit.
The employee reported that in addition to the cash lost and the need to stop her credit cards, she had important documentation in the wallet.

She is not a local… Must be an “ozeret”, or just a repeat offender who has been finally “caught”.
That is not the definition of a “heist”. This was a petty thief. A heist is when profesisonal thieves break into a bank or the like. Stealing a purse when noone is looking is not a heist
