If the hot needles could do something about cataracts, glaucoma or the clearing out of the sinuses then most def the hot needles over the filter. I think I would still take the hot needles if in exchange for access to CR they also blinded me to ugliness, greed and debauchery
I would keep my memories intact and go out and make my own million dollars if I needed it that badly.
The question of the million dollars of course sets off an entire cascade of further thought and consideration..
