I agree with the comment above. First, nobody needs a rabbi to “bless” this money– between the donors and the U.S. Treasury, the money doesn’t need anything else. Just distribute it to the needy, and, for the sake of Judaism and Torah, don’t drape yourself over it like a starving man on a bowl of cholent. It looks like something they’d put in Der Sturmer.
