Authorities say a 22-year-old man was injured after the facade of a building collapsed in Queens.

The brick facade of the GameShop where the man worked came down around 4 p.m. Thursday.

Dworin St. Thomas was taken to Elmhurst hospital for treatment of his injuries. They were not life-threatening.

The store is near the Queens Mall.

Nearby stores and offices were temporarily evacuated.

The buildings department is investigating to determine the cause of the collapse.
